Philip Papiasvili
Associate
Philip Papiasvili is an Associate at Abrams Fensterman, LLP working out of the Brooklyn office where he is a member of the Transportation Law and Insurance Defense practice groups. Mr. Papiasvili concentrates his practice on no-fault, bodily injury, and property damage claims.
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Mr. Papiasvili was a Staff Attorney in the Legal Aid Society’s Juvenile Rights Practice. He litigated on behalf of children in Family Court Act Article 10 Child Protective cases, and represented young clients involved in Termination of Parental Rights, Custody, Paternity, and other related proceedings.
Mr. Papiasvili received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he was President of the Society of Bar and Gavel honors society, received the Carlton Fields HOPE Fellow Scholarship, and interned for Judge Ellen Sue Venzer in Criminal Court in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Mr. Papiasvili also has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Mr. Papiasvili is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and New York County Lawyers Association.
