Aaron Schlusselberg is a Partner in the Real Estate department at Abrams Fensterman, LLP, working out of the firm’s Long Island office.
Aaron represents owners, developers, investors, and lenders in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters.
Aaron has extensive experience advising clients on complex transactions involving multi-family, office, and healthcare assets, and regularly represents borrowers and lenders in various loan structures, as well as advising clients on joint venture arrangements.
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Aaron practiced at boutique real estate law firms in Long Island and Brooklyn.
Aaron received a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law, with a Real Estate concentration, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University. Aaron is admitted to practice law in New York.
