Timothy S. Byon

Timothy S. Byon is a Partner at Abrams Fensterman and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate and Securities practice groups. His real estate practice focuses on counseling owners, developers, investors, and corporate clients with sophisticated commercial acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and landlord and tenant side leasing matters across a wide range of asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, restaurant, and multi-family properties. Tim’s corporate experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, general corporate governance, business and entity formation, and other corporate matters.

Tim has been named as one of the Best Lawyers in America® for Real Estate Law since 2026. Tim has also been recognized as a New York Metro “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in Real Estate Law from 2020-2025.

Tim received his Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law. Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Tim practiced at a Manhattan-based mid-sized law firm.
