Greg Stoller is a Partner and Chair of the Corporate and Securities Law Practice Group of Abrams Fensterman, LLP. Mr. Stoller is also a member of the Health Law Practice Group.
Mr. Stoller represents public and private companies, including not-for-profit organizations, in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, as well as with respect to their daily corporate governance matters. Mr. Stoller also represents issuers and investors in their securities, financing, and other legal matters. Mr. Stoller’s clients range from early stage growth companies to mature public and private companies across a wide range of industries, including software, fantasy and on-line gaming, fitness and exercise, and culinary arts, as well as a variety of health care providers, including skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, diagnostic and treatment centers, home health care agencies, and adult homes. In addition, in anticipation of the emerging growth of the medical and recreational cannabis industry in the State of New York, Mr. Stoller has also focused his practice on matters concerning regulated substance compliance and associated legal matters affecting the State’s marijuana marketplace.
Mr. Stoller has been recognized as one of the top up-and-coming lawyers, including being named as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers from 2014 through 2017 and being featured in the 2015 Top Legal Eagles issue of Long Island Pulse Magazine.
Mr. Stoller received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his A.B. in Political Science from Brown University. Mr. Stoller is licensed to practice law in New York.
