Program Description:
Now almost one year since New York first made medical marijuana available to patients with chronic illnesses, join our panel of experts as we take a look back at the implementation of the State’s medical marijuana program, and how medical marijuana legalization may evolve in New York and beyond. Our panelists will range from legislators involved in enabling New York’s medical marijuana program and fighting to expand it to those operating dispensaries in New York, as well as patient advocates and an array of medical and legal experts. We will explore the successes and short comings of New York’s unique medical marijuana program, and ask our experts what issues they’ve experienced in this complex and rapidly-expanding field, as well as how they see the industry developing in the future.
