Ashley Cohen is an Associate at Abrams Fensterman, LLP in the Corporate & Securities Law Group working out of the firm’s Lake Success office.
Ms. Cohen’s practice focuses on corporate transactional law, representing both public and private companies – drafting and negotiating asset and stock purchase agreements and shareholder agreements, engaging in all phases of mergers and acquisitions, and advising businesses on general corporate governance and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Ms. Cohen was a corporate associate at a firm based in Ronkonkoma working on general corporate transactional matters and was an associate attorney at a boutique intellectual property law firm focusing on third-party seller businesses. During law school, Ms. Cohen worked with the in-house legal department of a Fortune 300 medical supplies company.
Ms. Cohen received her Juris Doctorate from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and her Bachelor’s Degree from Binghamton University – State University of New York.
Ms. Cohen is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
