An Associate in the Real Estate and Corporate practice group, Joseph Ciullo is an experienced transactional attorney whose practice covers a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including representing clients in the acquisition, disposition and refinancing of commercial and residential real estate.
In addition, Mr. Ciullo has represented financial institutions in a broad range of lending transactions, including mortgage loans, line of credit facilities, construction financing, and leasehold financing.
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Mr. Ciullo was an Associate Attorney at a mid-sized Corporate and Real Estate law firm in East Meadow. He was also an Associate with a boutique Real Estate law firm in Woodbury.
Mr. Ciullo earned his law degree from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro University and his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University.
Mr. Ciullo is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
