NOELLE DUNPHY RETAINS ABRAMS FENSTERMAN IN RUDY GIULIANI SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASE

NEW YORK, NY (April 3rd, 2023) – Prominent New York law firm, Abrams Fensterman, LLP, has been retained by Noelle Dunphy, who alleges that she suffered wide-ranging sexual misconduct, a hostile work environment, and other serious harm at the hands of Rudy Giuliani both while she worked for him and while he provided legal representation to her. Ms. Dunphy has alleged that Mr. Giuliani hired her for business development and other work, but then he pressured her for sexual favors, made racist, bigoted, and anti-Semitic remarks, and created a toxic work environment. She is seeking more than $3 million in damages. The Abrams Fensterman team representing Dunphy against Giuliani and several of his companies includes prominent litigator Justin T. Kelton; Director of the firm’s Employment Law Practice, Sharon P. Stiller; and Amanda P. Small.

“We are proud to stand with Noelle Dunphy in seeking accountability from one of the most powerful and well-connected men in the country,” said Kelton. “Ms. Dunphy charges that Mr. Giuliani grossly abused his power as both her boss and lawyer to take advantage of her in truly egregious ways. Abrams Fensterman is committed to deploying its extensive experience in complex litigation to bring this case to a fair and just resolution.”

In her lawsuit, which she filed earlier this year, Dunphy detailed how Giuliani asked her to work “off the books” on business development, which led to alcohol-fueled sexual harassment. In addition, Dunphy alleged that Giuliani has refused to compensate her for the work she had done.

Abrams Fensterman has now been retained to represent Dunphy and will be filing a complaint on behalf of Ms. Dunphy in the case.
