Recently, he represented over 200 police officers in Newark, Jersey and obtained a $4 million dollar settlement in a wage/hour matter. In addition, he successfully appealed to the 2nd Circuit for Shojae v. NYCHHC and represented a New York State employee on behalf of the Attorney General, resulting in summary judgment dismissal.
Having completed his B.A. at Temple University in Philadelphia, Mr. Luke obtained his J.D. from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. During his academic journey, he served as an academic excellence tutor and was a moot court member. Prior to his role at Abrams Fensterman LLP, Mr. Luke was a Partner at another national plaintiff law firm, and represented clients with one of the most prosperous plaintiff employment firms in the tri-state region.
