Nadia Howe is an Associate at Abrams Fensterman, LLP in the firm’s Brooklyn office and a member of the Transportation Law practice group. Her practice concentrates on transportation law and insurance defense, including all aspects of bodily injury, no-fault, and property damage litigation.
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Ms. Howe was employed by the County of the Bronx as an Assistant District Attorney, assigned to the General Crimes Bureau where she prosecuted a wide variety of cases for various types of crimes originating in the Bronx. Ms. Howe also previously interned at law firms specializing in subrogation law, insurance defense, and housing defense.
Ms. Howe received her Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where she was awarded the Urban Morgan Human Rights Fellowship Scholarship and where she was an editor for the Human Rights Quarterly.
Ms. Howe is admitted to practice in the State of New York and Jamaica.
