Partner and Director of the firm’s Healthcare Fraud Defense Practice, Alyssa A. Friedman was a featured speaker for the program. Drawing on lessons from the first major Office of Inspector General PDPM audit, the panel discussed increased federal scrutiny of reimbursement claims and how providers can strengthen coordination among their coding, documentation and clinical teams to prepare for audits and reduce compliance risk.
