Violetta Fattakhova

Violetta Fattakhova, Esq., is an Associate at Abrams Fensterman, LLP, based in the firm’s Lake Success office. She is bilingual and fluent in Russian, and her practice focuses on transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, and healthcare compliance. Violetta has a particular focus on healthcare and commercial real estate, having previously served as in-house counsel for healthcare providers, including pharmacies, where she gained extensive experience as a compliance officer.

Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, LLP, Ms. Fattakhova served as an associate at a law firm in Garden City, where she gained extensive experience in handling mergers and acquisitions for various healthcare entities including Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). She also worked as an associate for a Real Estate firm in midtown Manhattan, where she represented financial institutions in purchases and refinances. Additionally, Violetta has a wealth of experience representing clients in commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters across Long Island and New York City. She has also worked with insurance companies on workers’ compensation cases, further adding to her diverse range of legal expertise.

Violetta earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from CUNY Queens College and her J.D. from Touro Law Center. During her time at Touro, she was actively involved in various community service outreach programs, including serving as Chapter Director of the International Refugee Assistance Project, Vice President of the Public Interest Law Society, Vice President of the Immigration Law Society, Secretary of the Federal Bar Association for the Eastern District of New York Touro Chapter, and Treasurer of the Tort Law Society. Violetta’s exceptional community service earned her a Public Service Award, Pro Bono Award, and Service to the Bar Award.
