Jordan Fensterman serves as Director of the firm’s OPMC & OPD Defense Practices, representing healthcare providers, facilities, and businesses in regulatory, transactional, and professional discipline matters. A recognized leader in professional license defense matters, he counsels physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, and other licensed professionals facing investigations and hearings before the New York State Department of Health and the New York State Education Department.
