Zachary D. Kuperman
Zachary D. Kuperman is a Partner at Abrams Fensterman, LLP working out of the Brooklyn office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, partnership and internal company disputes, foreclosures, commercial lease disputes, and receivership.
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Mr. Kuperman worked at one of New York’s premiere real estate law firms in Manhattan.
Mr. Kuperman received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2012 and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2008.
In law school, Mr. Kuperman published the article Cutting the Baby in Half: an Economic Critique of Indivisible Resource Partition, 77 Brook. L. Rev. 263 (2011) which won the prestigious Burton Award and has been cited by several law journals and a federal court.
Mr. Kuperman is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
