Stephanie Marie Furino is an associate at Abrams Fensterman, LLP. She practices exclusively in the areas of matrimonial and family law. She is dedicated to guiding clients through challenging and often deeply personal matters with both skill and compassion.
Before joining Abrams Fensterman, Ms. Furino practiced at a boutique family law firm in Brooklyn, where she represented clients in both Supreme Court and Family Court. In that role, she managed cases from inception to resolution, including drafting motions, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and preparing for hearings and trials. She gained extensive experience with custody and parenting time disputes, equitable distribution of complex marital estates, and issues of spousal maintenance and child support. She brings a strong understanding of both the legal and emotional complexities that families face during these proceedings.
Ms. Furino earned her Juris Doctor through Brooklyn Law School’s Accelerated J.D. Program, where she was a member of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law and participated in the Children’s Law Center Clinic. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University in 2015. At Fordham, she was a member of the debate team and was inducted into the Alpha Kappa Delta Sociology Honor Society and the Alpha Theta Omicron Chapter of Theta Alpha Kappa National Honor Society for Theology.
She was admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey in 2018 and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association.
