Daniel Weinstein is an Associate at Abrams Fensterman, LLP. Daniel concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, representing clients in contract disputes, foreclosures, real estate and construction litigation, and lending matters. In addition, Daniel handles commercial leasing and provides strategic counsel to both developers and neighbors in construction access agreements and RPAPL §881 proceedings.
Daniel received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2025. During law school, he served as a Student Contributor for the New York Real Estate Law Reporter, Vice President of the Cardozo Real Estate Law Association, Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing, and a Research Assistant for Professor Stewart E. Sterk. Through Cardozo’s renowned Mediation Clinic, he earned his Part 146 Advanced Mediation Training certification and mediated disputes in New York City Civil Court and virtually.
Daniel recieved his B.A. from Excelsior University in 2019 and his Talmudic Law Degree from Shor Yoshuv Institute in 2020.
