Agnes Poplawski is an Associate at Abrams Fensterman, LLP, working out of the firm’s Brooklyn office. Agnes assists in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, ground leases and general leasing, and real estate financing transactions. In addition, she assists in representing both developers and neighbors in construction access agreements and RPAPL §881 proceedings.
Agnes received a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2024, where she was a staff editor for Cardozo International and Comparative Law Review. She received a B.A. from Stony Brook University in 2020.
Agnes is fluent in Polish.
