Michael B. Richards is an Associate in the White Plains office of Abrams Fensterman, LLP. He has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and white-collar investigations.
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Mr. Richards’s solo practice focused on transactional and corporate matters. He also practiced commercial litigation and white-collar criminal defense at an international law firm headquartered in Manhattan.
Mr. Richards earned his Juris Doctorate from the New York University School of Law, magnum cum laude, Order of the Coif, and Bachelor of Arts degrees with honors in English and Theatre Arts from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the board of directors of a not-for-profit organization, The Hudson Valley News Foundation.
Mr. Richards is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
