Gabrielle Hagege guides clients through the emotional and legal complexities of divorce with strategic insight, discretion, and over a decade of courtroom experience. She practices exclusively in matrimonial and family law, representing high-net-worth individuals in New York.

Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Ms. Hagege was a Senior Associate at a boutique firm specializing in matrimonial and family law. There she handled complex matters involving contested custody and various issues involving substantial marital estates. She has litigated extensively in both Family and Supreme Courts across the First and Second Judicial Departments, serving as lead and second chair at trial, examining expert witnesses, and arguing high-stakes motions. Her appellate work has resulted in notable decisions, including Michael J.F. v. Jennifer M.B, and Bradley v. Bakal.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Hagege has resolved numerous high-conflict cases through mediation and works closely with her clients to pursue efficient, result-driven outcomes.

Ms. Hagege earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts in History, with University Honors, from the University of Michigan. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association and the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association. Fluent in French, she brings cultural fluency and sensitivity to her work with a diverse clientele.
