We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our Transportation Department / Insurance Defense Group in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of data entry or administrative experience and strong attention to detail.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain case information within the firm’s case management and document systems.
  • Review incoming documents and update case records with accurate information.
  • Process and organize electronic files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and stored.
  • Assist with uploading documents to internal databases and tracking systems.
  • Verify accuracy of entered information and correct discrepancies when necessary.
  • Generate reports and assist attorneys and staff with retrieving case data as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive legal information.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the department.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of data entry or administrative experience, preferably in a law firm, insurance, or professional services environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle high-volume data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

 

Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401K
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000
Location: Brooklyn, NY (On-site)
