Gregory S. Spicer is an Associate at Abrams Fensterman, LLP. Mr. Spicer’s practice focuses on civil litigation, administrative law, and counseling in the areas of education, civil rights, and labor and employment law. He also has significant experience handling insurance defense litigation, including the areas of employment discrimination and general liability. Mr. Spicer regularly represents clients in the New York State and federal courts and regularly represents clients in administrative forums such as the New York State Division of Human Rights, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the New York Public Employment Relations Board.
Mr. Spicer has practiced in the areas of labor and employment law, general civil litigation, and municipal and education law for over two decades. He has also previously worked as an Assistant County Attorney for Westchester County and a Principal County Attorney for the County of Suffolk.
Mr. Spicer earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law.
Mr. Spicer is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
