Gregory Etienne is an Associate at Abrams Fensterman, LLP, where he concentrates his practice on insurance defense litigation, with a particular emphasis on No-Fault defense. He represents insurance carriers in arbitration proceedings, as well as in Supreme, Civil, and District Courts throughout New York.
Mr. Etienne has significant experience handling first-party benefits claims, including conducting examinations under oath, preparing arbitration submissions, and advancing effective defense strategies. He has managed a large volume of cases at all stages of litigation and is committed to achieving efficient and favorable outcomes for his clients.
Before joining Abrams Fensterman, Mr. Etienne practiced at a boutique litigation firm and also worked in-house with Liberty Mutual General Insurance Company and American Transit Insurance Company, where he oversaw extensive caseloads and successfully defended carriers in No-Fault disputes.
Mr. Etienne earned his Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, and is admitted to practice law in New York.
