CLIENT ALERT: Phase 4 Re-Opening Guidelines for New York

Home > Media > Announcements > CLIENT ALERT: Phase 4 Re-Opening Guidelines for New York

Dear Clients and Friends,

Long Island is scheduled to begin Phase 4 re-opening tomorrow, Wednesday, July 8th. Upstate New York State is currently in Phase 4, hopefully with New York City soon to follow. If you are a non-essential business that is included on the New York State Phase 4 non-essential business list, you are required to adhere to certain guidelines provided by New York State such as the submission of an affirmation to New York State by the business owner or an agent of the owner. The guidelines for Phase 4 non-essential businesses, as well as the affirmation, which is done online, are available here.

Our attorneys are here to assist should you have any questions on the re-opening process. We will continue to forward guidance/developments in the re-opening process as we become aware of them. Please feel free to contact us at any time.

We hope you are all continuing to stay safe as best as you can.

Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP.
