Shiv Patel is an Associate at Abrams Fensterman, LLP, and a member of the Transportation Law department in the Firm’s Brooklyn office.
Mr. Patel earned his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law as a Norman A. Sugarman Business Law Scholar. During law school, Mr. Patel served as the Vice-President and Co-Founder of the school’s South Asian Law Students Association chapter. Mr. Patel received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John’s University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
While earning his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Patel interned at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, Abrams Fensterman, LLP, and a boutique litigation firm that specializes in high-stakes civil-rights litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, LLP as an Associate, Mr. Patel clerked in the Firm’s Transportation Law department.
Mr. Patel is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
