A seasoned attorney with more than 26 years of experience in Mental Health Law and Elder Law, Ms. Herman has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families navigate the complex legal and clinical systems affecting those with psychiatric, substance use, and cognitive challenges. She is widely recognized for her compassionate advocacy, extensive litigation experience, and thought leadership across guardianship and mental health proceedings.
In addition to this honor, Ms. Herman was recently recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® 2026 for her work in Elder Law.
