Naomie Jean-Philippe is an Associate in the firm’s No-Fault recovery practice. Ms. Jean-Philippe primarily focuses on the recovery of unpaid no-fault claims and worker’s compensation claims for New York State health care providers. Ms. Jean-Philippe has litigated cases representing health care providers on arbitrations, examinations under oath (EUO), Independent Medical Exams (IMEs), medical necessity and peer reviews with a track record of success.
Ms. Jean-Philippe has experience litigating personal injury claims, conducting depositions, extensive motion practice, court appearances and trials. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in a practice with a focus on consumer litigation, replevins, forfeiture actions and government seizures. Ms. Jean-Philippe has conducted mediations in post judgment proceedings including collections in actions on behalf of creditors.
Ms. Jean-Philippe attended Maurice A. Deane’s School of Law at Hofstra University where she earned her J.D. in 2014 and received the pro bono public service award. Ms. Jean-Philippe earned her B.A. at S.U.N.Y College at Old Westbury University, graduating with honors with a degree in Politics, Economics and Law.
