John J. Magarian
John J. Magarian, Esq. is an Associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP in our Brooklyn Office. Mr. Magarian focuses his practice on subrogation matters and other claims for property damage. Mr. Magarian is able to handle these matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, with several years of experience representing parties on each side.
Mr. Magarian is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Rhode Island with degrees in Psychology and Philosophy, and earned his Juris Doctor at Brooklyn Law School.
During Law school he interned at McGovern, Noel & Benik, based in Providence, Rhode Island and featuring former Rhode Island Governor Phillip W. Noel, just prior to its merger with Holland & Knight, LLP. There Mr. Magarian did the research for and helped draft an update of the Rhode Island Environmental Law Handbook, a summary of that State’s environmental laws.
Mr. Magarian has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York since 2004, and federally admitted to practice in both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York since 2009.
