Priscilla M. Escobedo
Priscilla M. Escobedo is an Associate at Abrams Fensterman, LLP in the Corporate and Health Law Practice Groups.
Prior to joining Abrams, Fensterman, Ms. Escobedo worked at a prominent international law firm in New York City, concentrating in corporate law.
Ms. Escobedo’s experience includes representation of multinational companies in connection with pre-transaction restructurings, post-acquisition integrations, carve-outs and spin-offs, legal entity rationalizations, inter-company debt consolidations, supply-chain restructurings and other cross-border transactions; and providing advice on business formation and general corporate governance matters. Ms. Escobedo has also represented clients on various immigration matters including U-Visa applications and adjustments of status for which she earned the Her Justice Commitment to Justice Award.
Ms. Escobedo earned her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law where she earned the CALI Award for Studies in Latino(as) & the Law and served as a Student Ambassador. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from Fordham University where she received the LaFarge Academic Scholarship, made the Fordham College Rose Hill Campus Dean’s List for Academic Excellence and was the Helen and Norman Burg Ethics Prize recipient.
