Philip A. Hammarberg
Philip A. Hammarberg is an Associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP and a member of the Health Law Practice Group. He is admitted to both the New York State Bar and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Mr. Hammarberg worked at a Manhattan intellectual property firm and as an in-house counsel for a startup company, gaining experience in various areas of law including intellectual property, civil litigation and contracts.
During his legal career, Mr. Hammarberg has represented a diverse group of clients ranging from startups to large multinational corporations in various matters including, for example, settlement negotiations, civil litigation, contract drafting, patent and trademark prosecution.
Mr. Hammarberg received his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor's of Science degree from Monmouth University. While in law school, Mr. Hammarberg was a member of the Hofstra Unemployment Action Center and the Vice President of the Hofstra Intellectual Property Law Association.
