Nancy H. Reisman


Nancy H. Reisman is a Partner at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP in the Trusts and Estates Law practice group working out of the Lake Success office.

Ms. Reisman’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, surrogate’s court work, and estate tax audits. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing estate plans; administering and settling estates of various sizes; and guiding trustees and beneficiaries in administering and terminating trusts. Ms. Reisman works together with accountants, financial advisors, bankers, trust officers, appraisers, art specialists and other professionals. Ms. Reisman enjoys developing relationships with individuals and their families and helping them to successfully implement a plan to pass their assets to the next generations.

Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Ms. Reisman was counsel at a prestigious boutique trusts and estates firm in Manhattan for sixteen years, an associate at a prominent full service firm, and an associate with a corporate law firm headquarted in Manhattan.

Ms. Reisman earned her Juris Doctorate at Georgetown University Law School where she was the Managing Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Ms. Reisman has served as a member, director and secretary of the CINTAS Foundation, which supports artists of Cuban descent.

Ms. Reisman is a member of the New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates section and is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
