Kelly Schwab

Kelly Schwab is an Associate with the Matrimonial and Family Law Practice Group at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP in the Brooklyn Office.
Throughout her career, Ms. Schwab has focused exclusively on family law. Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Ms. Schwab served as Assistant Corporation Counsel, Senior Counsel, in the New York City Law Department, Family Court Division. Ms. Schwab was assigned to the Brooklyn Child Advocacy Center and in her role primarily investigated and prosecuted sexual offenses and teen dating violence matters in Kings County Family Court.
Ms. Schwab also worked for the New York City Administration for Children’s Services where she served as a supervising attorney and represented the City in child abuse and neglect matters in Bronx and Kings County Family Court. Ms. Schwab began her career as a post-graduate fellow at the Children’s Law Center, representing children in custody, visitation and family offense proceedings in Bronx Family Court and in the Integrated Domestic Violence Part in Bronx Supreme Court.
Ms. Schwab earned her Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and Submissions Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender. She received her bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College.
