Jay H. Min
Jay H. Min is an Associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP. As a member of the Insurance Defense practice group, Mr. Min represents the firm’s clients in civil litigations involving premises liability, property damage, general negligence, construction and related Labor Law matters.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Min represented commercial litigation clients and performed commercial and residential real estate transactions. He then joined a boutique litigation firm in Manhattan representing national and local banks and institutional clients in commercial litigation, financial services and banking matters. Immediately prior to joining Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP, Mr. Min litigated Insurance Defense matters at a boutique litigation firm in the historic Wall Street district.
Mr. Min has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 by Schnepps Media and has served on the Judicial Screening Panel for the 9th Judicial District. He is also an active member of multiple bar associations including the Brooklyn Bar Association, the Asian American Bar Association of New York and the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York where he recently completed his second term as Secretary. During law school, Mr. Min represented not-for-profit corporations and local community organizations in the Community and Economic Development Clinic.
Mr. Min has been recognized as a New York Metro Super Lawyers "Rising Star" in 2020. Each year, no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.
Mr. Min is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.
