James W. Coscia
James W. Coscia is an Associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP in the firm’s Brooklyn Office. Mr. Coscia focuses his practice on Transportation Law and Insurance Defense including bodily injury, property damage, and no-fault litigation.
Mr. Coscia earned his Juris Doctorate from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law where he was a staff editor for Drexel Law Review and served as a mentor in the school’s Leadership Fellows Mentorship Program. While in law school, Mr. Coscia was part of the Estate Planning Pro Bono Clinic and he also performed pro bono work for the SeniorLAW Center. He earned his Bachelor of Sciences in Communications and Public Relations from Seton Hall University in 2015.
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Mr. Coscia was a legal assistant in the Corporate Tax, Trusts, and Estates Department at a general practice firm in New Jersey. He was a law clerk in the Matrimonial and Insurance Defense departments at Abrams Fensterman and worked as a law clerk in a boutique personal injury law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Coscia is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.
