David A. House
David House is a Partner with Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP working in our White Plains office and is a member of the firm’s appellate and litigation departments.
Mr. House focuses his practice on appellate litigation. He has more than 15 years of experience with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department.
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Mr. House was the Senior Principal Law Clerk to an Appellate Division Justice. In that position, he had the opportunity to work closely with the justices of the court and gain unique insight into the operations of the Appellate Division, as well as the intricacies of appellate practice. Mr. House also worked as an Appellate Court Attorney in the Appellate Division’s Law Department where he was responsible for researching and analyzing complex legal issues presented to the court.
Mr. House attended the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He was an Articles Editor on the Pace Law Review and a recipient of the University Merit Scholarship. He also obtained an Environmental Law Certificate.
Mr. House is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
