He has won numerous jury trials for plaintiff and defense clients involving substantial exposure and awards. Mr. Genovesi has handled a myriad of commercial, insurance defense and mass tort claims and has successfully defended and prosecuted numerous claims involving catastrophic losses, potentially exposing his clients to multi-million dollar judgments.
