Adam M. Birnbaum is an Associate at the firm of Abrams Fensterman, LLP in the Brooklyn office and is a member of the firm’s Civil Litigation practice group.
Before joining Abrams, Fensterman, Mr. Birnbaum worked at a Manhattan boutique firm focused on employment and housing discrimination. He was previously an intern at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Court and remains active in the practice of international law.
Mr. Birnbaum earned his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2009, where he was a member of the International Moot Court Team. He received his Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Wesleyan University.
Mr. Birnbaum is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts, and to the federal district courts for the District of Massachusetts, and the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York.
