The NYC Medical Insurance and Community Services Administration recently notified Providers, Managed Long Term Care (MLTC), Homecare Agencies, Client Representatives, Community Based Organizations and Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs) that the NYS Department of Health has added information to eMedNY/ePaces to assist in distinguishing consumers who have Medicaid eligibility through the Marketplace versus those whose eligibility is handled by HRA on WMS. Significantly, this Alert is applicable to all to ALL New York state counties.
