Mitchell H. Levitin is an associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP.

Mr. Levitin concentrates his practice on matrimonial law issues. Prior to joining  Abrams Fensterman, Mr. Levitin spent more than 12 years in solo practice, where he represented clients in matters concerning matrimonial and family law, commercial real estate, business related litigation, consumer and corporate bankruptcies, (Chapter 7, 11 and 13), Article 81 guardianships, and tort litigation.

Mr. Levitin's broad experience is an asset to all of the practice groups that regularly consult with him on issues relating to guardianship, employment law, real estate, bankruptcy, and litigation.

Mr. Levitin received his J.D. from New York Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.
