What's A Doctor To Do?
A 'Practical, Plain-English, Down-To-Earth' Panel Discussion about Accountable Care Organizations, IPAs, Practice Consolidations, & Other Survival Techniques For Solo Practitioners & Small Group Practices
*******************
In this rapidly-changing healthcare environment, solo practitioners and small group practices are being bombarded with conflicting and confusing information about new practices models and what they should be doing to prepare themselves for healthcare reform. Everyone seems to be panicked into doing something before "D-Day"-January 1, 2012-the date on which accountable care organizations ("ACOs") are supposed to become operational. This program offers a candid and non legalistic discussion aimed at helping doctors understand their options so they can decide for themselves how best to proceed in coming months. This program is designed to accomplish this goal.
A light dinner will be served.
