The Employment manual is a tool for communicating to Employees what they are entitled to and what rules they must adhere to including:

* Rules of Conduct
* Compliance with EEO, Anti-harassment and Retaliation
* Complaint Procedures to Focus on Potential Problems before Litigation Begins
