Session Description: Together our panelists have decades of hands-on experience in the practice of Adult Care Facility, Assisted Living Program and Assisted Living Residence Law, and this is the opportunity for conference participants to take advantage of that!  During part of the session, our panelists will address several challenging legal issues, including termination of admission agreements/resident evictions, and Department of health enforcement proceedings against an ACF.  Then we'll open it up to questions from the audience.
