1. Queens Midtown Tunnel
2. Merge onto I-495 East (12.9 mi.)
3. Take the Cross Island Parkway South, Exit 31S (0.4 mi.)
4. Merge onto Cross Island Parkway South (0.3 mi.)
5. Take the Grand Central Parkway exit, Exit 29E-W towards Triboro Bridge

From Eastern Long Island
1. Merge onto I-495 W/Long Island Expressway
2. Take Exit 36 toward Searingtown Rd/Shelter Rock Rd/Northern Parkway
3. Stay straight to go onto N Service Rd
4. Merge onto Northern Parkway W toward New York/Happauge
5. Take the Lakeville Rd South exit, Exit 25S, toward New Hyde Park
6. Take 1st left onto Marcus Avenue
7. 1111 Marcus Avenue will be on your left hand side. If you've reached Astoria Federal Plz you've gone a littel to far.
Parking Directions:
Upon entering main entrance on Marcus Avenue (facing 8 flagpoles), go right at circle, right again at stop sign and then right into parking lot. Proceed to building main entrance behind the flag poles, go to the rear of the lobby and enter Suite 107 through our firm's main entrance.
