Theda Fisher is an associate in the Immigration and Nationality practice at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP

Ms. Fisher represents corporate clients in the IT solutions consulting, healthcare, architecture, advertising and marketing, and financial industries. She provides counsel on all employment-based and family-based categories, and immigration compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fisher was an associate in the Law Office of Reaz H. Jafri where she assisted with hundreds of immigration cases.

Ms. Fisher received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and her M.A. in Government and B.A. in International Studies from the Johns Hopkins University. She is a member of New York State Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Fisher is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
