Svetlana Steele-Baird is an associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP.
Ms. Steele-Baird is responsible for all aspects of the no-fault insurance litigation and claim collections functions of the No-Fault Recovery Practice, including conducting trials; taking depositions; presenting oral arguments; attending arbitrations; settling cases; preparing pleadings; conducting discovery; and writing appellate briefs and motions.
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Ms. Steele-Baird was responsible for handling no-fault litigation matters at the law firm of Belesi & Conroy, P.C. In addition to her extensive experience with litigating no-fault insurance cases, Ms. Steele-Baird gained valuable knowledge about the insurance industry as a corporate paralegal in the insurance and reinsurance practice group of another law firm.
Ms. Steele-Baird received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and her B.S., summa cum laude, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is admitted to practice in the state of Connecticut and New York, and is a member of the Queens County Bar Association.
