Mr. Simpson concentrates his practice on advising healthcare providers on regulatory matters; federal and State fraud and abuse laws; government surveys, audits and investigations; corporate compliance; HIPAA; patient-related legal issues; medical staff issues; psychiatric commitment issues; and many other medical/legal and regulatory issues. He also represents pharmaceutical companies with regard to FDA regulatory matters and clinical trial issues.

Mr. Simpson also practices employment law, advising employers on labor law compliance and representing businesses in federal and state labor department audits.  Mr. Simpson litigates employment matters, including state and federal discrimination, contract, confidentiality, non-compete and similar claims.  He also assists employers audit their employment practices, and drafts employment contracts, policies, and separation and release agreements.
