Robert J. Ontell is an associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP.

Mr. Ontell works out of our New York City office and concentrates his practice in healthcare law, commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense.

During the 2007-2008 court term, Mr. Ontell clerked for the Hon. Lorraine C. Parker, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Mr. Ontell also interned for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Legal Department and for the Hon. Richard F. Braun, Justice of the Supreme Court of New York, New York County during law school.

Mr. Ontell obtained a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan. While at Brooklyn Law School he was a member of the Journal of Law and Policy. Mr. Ontell is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
