Jeanne Anne Norton is a senior associate in the Office of Professional Medical Conduct and Office of Professional Discipline, as well as Matrimonial and Family Law Practice departments at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP.

A practicing attorney for more than twelve years, Ms. Norton handles litigation and transactional matters in the areas of professional misconduct defense for physicians and health care providers before the New York State Department of Health Office of Professional Medical Conduct and New York State Education Department Office of Professional Discipline. She advises physicians on health care and professional/corporate related matters, managed care disputes, regulatory and compliances issues and reimbursement procedures.

Ms. Norton also represents and counsels clients through all phases of their separation and divorce process, including issues of custody, parenting time, child support and equitable distribution of marital assets, including valuation of the physician licenses and/or practices. 

Ms. Norton, during her legal career, handled corporate, employment discrimination, software licensing, real estate and elder law matters. 

She is a guest lecturer, through the auspices of the New York County Medical Society, at New York City area teaching hospitals, and a member of the New York County Lawyers Association in the Health Law and Matrimonial Sections.

Ms. Norton is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law where she participated in the school's Wormser Moot Court competition. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Norton worked in the fields of real estate and marketing public relations, where she earned awards for her films, radio programs and client campaigns.
