Greg Stoller is a senior associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP

Mr. Stoller represents public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.  Mr. Stoller also represents issuers, investors, and underwriters in public and private financings; and public and private equity companies with respect to daily corporate governance matters, as well as those related to strategic transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stoller was a corporate associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. 

Mr. Stoller received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his A.B. in Political Science from Brown University.  Mr. Stoller is licensed to practice law in New York.
