Ms. Rosenthal practices in the firm’s Lake Success office. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Corporate law and Bankruptcy.
As part of her Bankruptcy/Workout practice, Ms. Rosenthal has focused her activities in health care reorganizations and other complex restructurings. In her corporate practice, Ms. Rosenthal drafts various types of agreements for the firm’s corporate clients, including leasing and employment agreements.
Ms. Rosenthal’s experience prior to joining Abrams Fensterman includes working in-house for a publicly-traded healthcare company on regulatory, licensing and compliance issues.
Ms. Rosenthal clerked for the Hon. Karen V. Murphy in the New York State Supreme Court, County of Nassau before joining Abrams Fensterman as a law clerk in 2010. She is a member of the Executive Board of the New York State Bar Association’s General Practice Group, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Nassau County Bar Association.
Ms. Rosenthal received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and her B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton. In law school, she was a lieutenant governor for the American Bar Association’s Student Lawyer Division, and a student mediator. Ms. Rosenthal is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
