Danielle Elias is an associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Einiger, LLP.

Ms. Elias practices in the firm’s New York City office, and her work concentrates in the areas of Bankruptcy Litigation, White Collar Criminal Defense and Medical Malpractice Defense.

Ms. Elias obtained a B.A. Emory University and holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. While at Fordham Law School she served as a staff member of the International Law Journal. Ms. Elias also interned for the Hon. Joan A. Madden, Justice of the Supreme Court of New York, New York County. Ms. Elias started working at Abrams Fensterman in January 2009 as a law clerk and then as a summer associate prior to joining the firm on a full-time basis in September, 2010.

Ms. Elias is actively involved in numerous legal organizations, associations and charities. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section and Trial Lawyers Section. Ms. Elias is admitted to practice law in New York.
